Office
The Office supports the daily operation and administration of the European Airsoft Federation. It assists the Executive Board, prepares meetings and Congress documentation, maintains official records, coordinates communication with member federations and supports the practical execution of EAF decisions.
The EAF Office is based in the Netherlands at the same address as the Dutch National Airsoft Centre. This gives the Federation a stable administrative base within an established airsoft environment, connected to an organization with long-standing experience in national federation management, member services, safety procedures and public representation.
Cooperation with the NABV
The EAF receives cooperation and practical support from the professional staff of the NABV, the Dutch national airsoft federation. This support strengthens the Federation’s administrative capacity and allows the EAF to benefit from existing expertise in governance, communication, event organization, legal compliance and federation services.
This cooperation creates valuable synergy. The EAF remains an independent European federation with its own governance, mandate and decision-making structure, while being supported by professional experience already present within one of Europe’s most established national airsoft organizations.
Supporting European Cooperation
The Office plays an important role in keeping the EAF organised, accessible and responsive. It helps ensure that member federations receive timely information, that decisions are properly documented, and that the Federation can operate in a professional and transparent manner.
