Resources for members
The European Airsoft Federation provides resources to support national federations in their work. These resources are intended to help member organizations strengthen governance, improve safety, develop sport structures, communicate with public authorities and organise airsoft in a professional and accountable manner.
Supporting National Organizations
Every national federation operates within its own legal, cultural and organizational context. The EAF does not replace national rules or national responsibilities. Instead, it provides shared European tools that member federations can adapt to their own situation.
Federation resources may include templates, policy documents, safety frameworks, rulebook guidance, event standards, governance examples, recognition materials and communication tools. The purpose is to reduce duplication of work, share good practice and help national organizations benefit from experience developed elsewhere in Europe.
Practical Tools and Templates
The EAF aims to make practical federation work easier. Member organizations will be able to access clear and usable materials for meetings, events, public communication and institutional development.
Resources may include:
- safety checklists;
- incident reporting templates;
- referee and officials framework;
- letters of support for public authorities;
- EAF logo, brand and presentation materials to be used on member websites;
- Access to EAF discussion and focus groups;
- International reach via EAF communication and social channels.
Knowledge Sharing Across Europe
One of the strongest advantages of a European federation is the ability to share knowledge between countries. A solution developed in one country may help another federation dealing with similar questions about safety, recognition, regulation, event organization or public perception.
The EAF encourages member federations to contribute tested documents, examples and lessons learned. In this way, the resource section becomes a living knowledge base for European airsoft: practical, reliable and built by the community itself.
Building Capacity Through Unity, Teamplay and Sport
Federation resources are part of the EAF’s wider mission to build capacity across Europe. Through Unity, member federations gain access to a shared European framework. Through Teamplay, they exchange tools, experience and support. Through Sport, these resources help strengthen safety, structure, fair play and recognition.
The goal is clear: to help every member federation become stronger, more professional and better equipped to represent airsoft in its own country.
