Statutes

The Statutes form the legal foundation of the European Airsoft Federation. They define the name, seat, objectives, legal status, membership structure, governance bodies, decision-making procedures and core obligations of the Federation.

The European Airsoft Federation is incorporated under Dutch law as a not-for-profit, non-governmental federation of member organizations. It has full legal capacity and is established for an indefinite period, with its official seat in the municipality of West Betuwe, the Netherlands.

The Statutes determine how the EAF is governed. They set out the role of Congress, the Executive Board, member organizations, voting procedures, financial obligations, amendments, dissolution, conflict resolution and compliance with relevant legal standards.

All internal regulations, policies and decisions of the Federation must remain consistent with the Statutes. They are therefore the principal legal foundation of the EAF.

Official Documents

The official notarized Dutch version of the Statutes is the formal legal document of incorporation. An English translation is also available for practical use within the Federation, in line with English as the working language of the EAF.
