Executive Board
The Executive Board is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance and daily management of the European Airsoft Federation. It implements the mandate given by Congress, supports member federations, represents the EAF externally and works to strengthen airsoft as a safe, organized and recognized sport across Europe.
The Board acts collectively and in the interest of the Federation as a whole. Its work is guided by the EAF principles of Unity, Teamplay and Sport: building cooperation between national organizations, supporting responsible governance and developing common European standards where needed. The executive board is chaired by the President.

Office
The Office supports the daily operation and administration of the European Airsoft Federation. It assists the Executive Board, prepares meetings and Congress documentation, maintains official records, coordinates communication with member federations and supports the practical execution of EAF decisions.
The EAF Office is based in the Netherlands at the same address as the Dutch National Airsoft Centre. This gives the Federation a stable administrative base within an established airsoft environment, connected to an organization with long-standing experience in national federation management, member services, safety procedures and public representation.
