Executive Board

The Executive Board is responsible for the strategic direction, governance and day-to-day management of the European Airsoft Federation. It acts on behalf of the Federation within the mandate given by the Congress, the Articles of Association and the internal regulations of the EAF.

The Board’s role is to strengthen the position of airsoft in Europe, support member federations, develop common standards where needed, and represent European airsoft towards public authorities, sport institutions and stakeholders. Its work is guided by the principles of Unity, Teamplay and Sport: building cooperation between national organizations, promoting responsible governance, and supporting airsoft as a safe, organized and recognized sport.

The Executive Board works collectively. Each board member brings extensive experience, executive background and federation knowledge to the European level. Together, the Board is responsible for institutional stability, transparent decision-making, financial oversight, communication with members, sport development and the long-term recognition of airsoft across Europe.
