Training, Education and Responsible Development
The EAF promotes education as a core part of responsible airsoft development. Training should support players, officials, organisers and national federations.
Key areas include safe handling, event organization, field safety, referee training, incident prevention, legal awareness and competition integrity. National federations are encouraged to develop training programmes suited to their legal and cultural context, while the EAF works toward shared European standards where useful.
The long-term objective is a portable European knowledge base: federations should be able to learn from each other, reuse tested formats, and raise standards without losing national autonomy.
