Transparency & Reporting
The European Airsoft Federation is committed to transparent and accountable governance. As a federation of member organisations, the EAF reports to its members through Congress and ensures that financial and organisational information is made available through the proper internal channels.
Reporting to Congress
The Executive Board reports annually to Congress on the activities, financial position and development of the Federation. Congress reviews the work of the Board, discusses the financial framework and provides democratic oversight on behalf of the member federations.
This reporting structure ensures that the EAF remains accountable to its members and that major decisions are subject to proper review within the Federation’s formal governance framework.
Financial Information
Essential financial information, including the relevant balance sheet information, is made available to members through the EAF Member Portal. This allows member federations to review the Federation’s financial position in a secure and structured environment.
Compliance under Dutch Law
The EAF is incorporated under Dutch law and adheres to all applicable fiscal, accounting and financial obligations. The Federation maintains its financial administration in accordance with the legal requirements that apply to Dutch associations and not-for-profit organizations.
Financial management within the EAF is based on transparency, responsibility and legal compliance. The objective is to ensure that all funds are used in support of the Federation’s statutory mission: strengthening airsoft in Europe through cooperation, safety, sport development and representation of its member organizations.
