Mission Statement
The European Airsoft Federation exists to strengthen the status, practice and recognition of airsoft throughout Europe. It promotes airsoft as both a sport and a responsible recreational activity, built on safety, sportsmanship, inclusion, cultural exchange and international cooperation. The EAF brings together national airsoft organizations to support the development of common standards, responsible governance, structured competition, grassroots growth and a cohesive European airsoft community.
The Federation works to represent the interests of its affiliated organizations before public authorities, institutions and stakeholders. It supports member federations in demonstrating that airsoft can be organised safely, transparently and professionally, while respecting the different legal, cultural and sporting traditions across Europe. Through cooperation, shared knowledge and consistent standards, the EAF aims to help airsoft develop as a credible, accessible and sustainable sport.
Vision Statement
The EAF’s vision is a united European airsoft community in which airsoft is recognised, respected and responsibly governed. The Federation seeks to build a European framework where national organizations can cooperate effectively, develop the sport together and speak with a clear and credible voice towards governments, sport institutions and the wider public.
The EAF envisions airsoft as a safe, inclusive and well-structured activity that offers opportunities for competitive players, recreational participants, volunteers, officials and organisers. By promoting fair participation, quality standards, safety rules, education, community engagement and cross-border exchange, the Federation aims to make airsoft a positive force for sport, friendship and cultural understanding across Europe.
Its long-term ambition is to ensure that airsoft is seen not as an isolated hobby, but as an organised European sport community capable of self-regulation, accountability and continuous improvement. Through strong national federations, transparent governance and shared European standards, the EAF seeks to secure the future development and recognition of airsoft for the benefit of all participants.

Unity. Teamplay. Sport. is the motto of the European Airsoft Federation. Unity reflects the ambition to bring Europe’s airsoft communities together across borders, languages and national systems. Teamplay expresses the way the Federation works: through cooperation, trust, shared responsibility and mutual support between member organizations. Sport defines the direction of the EAF: building airsoft through safety, fair play, structured rules, trained officials, recognized disciplines and accountable governance.
